Your data, plainly explained.

When you request a free property video or contact us: your name, email, phone number (optional), information about your properties, and any photos you send. We use this solely to produce and deliver your content and to communicate with you about it.

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site, and the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising. These tools use cookies or similar technologies. We never sell your data.

Our providers: Netlify (hosting and forms), Calendly (bookings), Google (analytics and tag management), Microsoft (Clarity), Meta (advertising measurement) and Stripe (payments, if you become a client). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

Lead information and photos are kept while we're in contact and deleted on request. Client work is retained for the engagement plus a reasonable archive period.

Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email us. You can opt out of marketing via the unsubscribe link in any message.
