Maximise Media is a UK-based property marketing studio. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Last updated September 2026.
When you request a free property film or contact us: your name, email, phone number if you give it, information about your properties, and any photographs you send. We use this only to produce and deliver your content and to communicate with you about it, including up to two follow-up emails about booking your handover call. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site, and the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising. These tools set cookies or similar technologies and run only once you have given consent. We never sell your data.
Enquiries generated by advertising we run on behalf of an estate agent or developer are collected under that client’s privacy notice and passed to them under a written data processing agreement. In that arrangement the client decides how the data is used and we act on their instructions.
Our providers are Netlify (hosting, forms and storing enquiries), Calendly (bookings), Resend (sending email), Google (analytics and tag management), Microsoft (Clarity), Meta (advertising measurement) and Stripe (payments, if you become a client). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.
Enquiry details and photographs are kept while we are in contact and deleted on request. Client work is retained for the engagement plus a reasonable archive period.
Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You can opt out of marketing through the unsubscribe link in any message, or by emailing us.
